Driving Directions

If you have a car, to get to Hostería El Retiro you must take Road E15 or  "Vía del Pacifico" in direction of the town of Olón.

• From Guayaquil: 180 Km (112 Miles)
• From Salinas:  80 Km (50 Miles)
• From Quito: 620 Km (385 Miles)
• From Manta: 140 Km (87 Miles)

Once you arrive in Olón look for the Police Station, located on the main road, in the northern part of town.  In front of the Police Station you will find the road that takes you to San Vicente de Loja (there is also a large wooden sign of El Retiro there). Take that road for 1.5 km (aprox. 1 Mile) and on your right you will find the entrance to Hostería El Retiro.

Public Transportation

The best way to get to Hostería El Retiro by public transportation is to take the express "Cooperativa Libertad Peninsular (CLP)" bus that brings you directly to Olón from Guayaquil´s ground transportation terminal (located near the International Airport).  CLP has many daily buses, so check the current schedule to find one that fits you best.

Once in Olón give us a call and we will either pick you up at the bus station or help you get a taxi to our hotel.
